John Paul Jackson is the founder of Streams Ministries International, an in-depth prophetic teaching ministry. A popular teacher and conference speaker, John Paul travels around the world teaching on "The Art of Hearing God," on dreams and visions, and on the realm of the supernatural. He has authored 3 books and has appeared on Pat Robertson's The 700 Club, Benny Hinn's This Is Your Day broadcast, Cornerstone Television, Daystar Television, God Digital, and the Trinity Broadcasting Network.
John Paul Jackson has been at the forefront of prophetic ministry for more than 20 years. He served as senior pastor of two churches and he has also served on the pastoral staff at the Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Anaheim, California and at Metro Christian Fellowship in Kansas City, Missouri.
In 1993, it was his great love for the Body of Christ that prompted John Paul to launch Streams Ministries International, an outreach that endeavors to encourage, motivate, and equip individuals to walk in greater maturity, wisdom, character and holiness. Inspired by Psalm 46:4, "There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High," Streams Ministries seeks to touch people with the message of God's love. As people have experienced the supernatural power of God, lives are transformed.
In 1997, John Paul established Streams Music Group (SMG) that is dedicated to proliferating prophetic worship around the globe. Streams Music Group seeks to encourage worshippers of all cultures to sing and play the song of the Lord.
The same year, John Paul launched The Streams Institute for Spiritual Development, an in-depth training program that exists to mentor those with revelatory gifts so they might grow in deeper intimacy with God. By the year 2001, more than 5,000 students have enrolled in his courses. Several schools have been held internationally in Canada, Scotland, Poland, and the Ukraine.
In 1998, John Paul added yet another arm to the ministry when he began Streams Publications. Needless Casualties of War became the first of many planned book releases. Since then, he has published Buying & Selling the Souls of Our Children: A Closer Look at Pokemon and Unmasking the Jezebel Spirit.
Formerly based in Fort Worth, Texas, John Paul moved his ministry headquarters to the Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire in the summer of 2001. As revival moves into New England, John Paul seeks to train a new breed of champions who will live passionately for Jesus Christ in the coming days.
